Yes. We provide a complete turn-key van package, including the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, full fitout, accessories, upgrades and modifications.

Summit Vans manages the entire process, from sourcing and allocating the right Sprinter through to delivering your fully built AWD Ultimate adventure van.

We keep Sprinters on order with Mercedes-Benz Australia and allocate them to build slots throughout the year. Once your project is confirmed, we match you with a suitable vehicle in the next available build slot, with your preferred Mercedes-Benz colour option where available.

No. We only build on specific Mercedes-Benz factory platforms and option configurations that we know are best suited to our conversions.

This allows us to control the quality, compatibility and reliability of the finished build from the very beginning. For that reason, the van is supplied or allocated as part of the Summit Vans process.

Lead times range from 6 to 12 months, depending on vehicle availability and demand.

We don’t offer blank-page custom builds, but every Summit Vans build is highly personalised.

Yes. Visiting the Summit Vans factory in North Wollongong is a great way to see our builds up close, understand the quality of our workmanship and get a better feel for what is involved in a Summit Vans conversion.

Factory visits are by appointment only, so please book a consultation with our team before arriving.

As our workshop is an active production facility, all visitors are required to sign in on arrival, complete a short safety induction and sign a confidentiality acknowledgement before entering the factory floor. This helps us protect our team, our clients’ vehicles, our build process and any vehicles currently in production.

Every fit-out comes with a comprehensive 24 month workmanship warranty, 5 Year/ 200,000km Mercedes Benz waranty, and of course we’re here to support you long after handover. If you ever need help or have questions, our team is just a call away.
