SUMMIT L1
The SUMMIT L1 is our flagship LWB layout and is a premium 4×4 off-road adventure van built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter LWB (Long Wheelbase) 170 platform.
The L1 notably includes a large internal shower pod, toilet, massive kitchen and a powerful off-grid lithium battery system.
Additionally, it features a generous 1850x1700mm bed, elevated enough to store mountain bikes in a spacious gear garage (with the Trail Mode Garage)
The 3rd seat can also be swapped out for a kitchen bench top or wardrobe.

Every SUMMIT build starts with a carefully selected Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platform, chosen for its drivability, safety, touring capability and suitability for high-end campervan conversions.
Our vans are always based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VS30 platform, available in MWB and LWB configurations depending on the layout. The Sprinter provides a strong and refined base vehicle, with a high roof, automatic transmission, advanced safety technology and the capability required for long-distance touring, off-grid travel and everyday driving.

- Summit Vans manages the entire process, from sourcing and allocating the right Sprinter through to delivering your fully built AWD Ultimate adventure van.
- We keep Sprinters on order with Mercedes-Benz Australia and allocate them to build slots throughout the year. Once your project is confirmed, we match you with a suitable vehicle in the next available build slot, with your preferred Mercedes-Benz colour option where available.
- Lead times range from 6 to 12 months, depending on vehicle availability and demand.
